Caleb Douglas
Co-Founder
Caleb is a Colorado native with a background in engineering and manufacturing. His driving passion for small business ownership is that a successful business should elevate the employees, the customers, and the community. That belief is what drives all the business decisions and interactions at Cross Electric.
Caleb’s other priorities include being a husband, father, serving alongside his local church, and being active outside.
Cody Ross
Co-Founder
Cody has lived in Colorado since 1993 and is a licensed electrician. He has been an electrician for 15 years. He is passionate about helping homeowners and businesses find the right electrical solution for them. This passion helped shape Cross Electric’s core values of Safety, Integrity, and Communication.
Cody also spends his time with his wife and kids, serving alongside his local church, hunting and fishing, going to concerts, and trying to sample every brewery in Colorado.
